Sexuality is like a beauty mark or a scar, one can decide to either embrace it or find ways to hide it. I have chosen to embrace my beauty mark in full glory with no holds barred. Since moving off to college, I have learned so much about queer pop culture and history. Queer people embrace a collective system of dialect, mannerisms, entertainment, and humor that denies any strict belief on gender or identity. There is beauty in being authentic to you and being confident in self-expression.

Conqueer is an apparel and lifestyle brand that celebrates that beauty. The illustrations and verbiage reflect ideas within popular queer culture. The colors coexist to create bold contrast; similar to the way a queer person with a vibrant personality and an unapologetic demeanor stands out in a crowd of close-minded bystanders. Like they say, a true queen always conquers.
